  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations\/marketing or a related field with experience developing communication plans for corporate project and initiatives

  • Minimum 5+ years of communications or related work experience

    Responsibilities:
    <\/p>

    • Provide communications support to a large\-scale, provincial digital health project encompassing a number of initiatives
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Create high\-quality communication strategies and ensure key deliverables are achieved and measured, including the writing and editing of communication plans, materials, presentation content and web copy – ensuring a brand appropriate and consistent tone and voice.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Work closely with business partners (e.g. project workstream partners, communications channel owners, project team leadership, regional teams, etc.) to finalize and implement approved communications tactics, e.g. draft web and newsletter articles, develop pitch decks and information packages, memos
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Manage communications specific workflows and deliver multiple communications initiatives effectively and on time
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Liaise with portfolio partners (including web team, design team, social media lead, internal comms team and translations services) to ensure all communications products follow best practices and adhere to Ontario Health style guide
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Attend project meetings to gather, as well as provide, updates, escalate where required, identify risks, and lead communications deliverables 
      <\/span><\/li> <\/ul>

      • Well versed in communications tools

        • Experience writing and editing skills within the field of health care or the public sector
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability and experience to work across all levels
