<\/p>- Accountable for on time, on budget, and on scope completion of assigned projects that are compliant with applicable external legislation and internal policies and processes including project governance framework and project management methodology, and provide feedback for continuous improvement as requested
<\/li> - Responsible for managing the resources, scope, budget, schedule, and quality of deliverables of the assigned projects
<\/li> - Establish and maintain excellent working relationship and effective communication with the Sponsor(s), internal and external partners, vendors and project team members
<\/li> - Organize and lead project meetings
<\/li> - Ensure effective project change control, including managing IT Requests for Change (RFCs) and deployments to the various environments, is in place
<\/li> - Proactively identify and manage risks, and systematically resolve or escalate known issues
<\/li> - Adhere to and promote Ontario Health policies and processes including Privacy, Security, and Record Management
<\/li> - Manage release of the product\/project\/work package to an operational environment

Deliverables
- Develop project documentation including charter, integrated project plan, project schedule, status reports, meeting notes and other project artifacts as required<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Issue project change requests (PCRs) as applicable in response to changes in scope, schedule, budget, and release strategy (for multi\-release projects)<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Provide financial forecasts and track actual costs against the approved budget
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Build a roadmap for OH Data center migration to AWS that Includes
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Assess Data Center for workload migration \- review and validate list of all VMs in the datacenters<\/span>
<\/li>- Categorize this list by product and operational areas
<\/span><\/li>- Add end of life information for servers to help with prioritization and sequencing
<\/span><\/li>- Reach out to directors and managers to understand the plan of action and target dates: Migrate to AWS, Migrate to Azure, or Leave as is and decommission etc.
<\/span><\/li>- Build roadmap and sequence migration
<\/span><\/li>- Build new cloud native architectures for each workload
<\/span><\/li>- Work with product teams to track and report progress
<\/span><\/li>- Report progress to executives and come up with innovative solutions to fast track migrations<\/span>
