Candidates must meet the following requirements:
• Training and experience in programming Siemens (TIA PORTAL / STEP7), HMI, and/or Omron Sysmac Studio PLCs.
• Experience in programming industrial robots preferably Kuka, but we value knowledge in Fanuc and Mitsubishi robots.
• Solid knowledge of electrical schematics and their interpretation.
Reporting to the Robotics and Automation Manager, this professional will have the key responsibilities:
• Promote the improvement of existing manufacturing processes, in a perspective of gains in Safety, Quality
and Productivity;
• Study improvements in tools and machines that allow improvements in quality, safety, environment and
production cost;
• Develop specifications with the specification of how a machine should be built (type of materials to be used)
and its operation process;
• Collaborate with quality and safety technicians in the continuous improvement of these areas.
