Risk, Fraud & Payments Agent (Malta Office)

Traffic Label As part of our brand new platform launch, Traffic Label is expanding its Malta operations and building a specialist Risk, Fraud & Payments (RFP) team. We’re looking for analytical, detail-oriented professionals who can help safeguard our platform and ensure smooth, secure payment experiences for our players worldwide. About the role As an RFP Agent, you’ll monitor player activity to detect suspicious behaviour, approve or review financial transactions, and help protect both our business and our customers. The role requires a sharp eye for detail, a methodical approach, and the ability to make sound decisions under time pressure. What you’ll do Monitor player registrations, deposits, and withdrawals for signs of fraud or irregular activity Review and verify customer documents in line with KYC and AML requirements Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently Manage chargebacks, payment disputes, and fraud investigations Liaise with third-party providers and internal teams to resolve cases promptly Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards What we’re looking for Experience in risk, fraud, or payments within the iGaming or fintech industry preferred Strong analytical and decision-making skills Familiarity with common fraud prevention tools and payment platforms Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure Good written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a bonus Why join us Competitive pay structure and career progression opportunities Be part of a new, ambitious platform launch from the ground up Growth in a dynamic and supportive team culture Modern offices in Malta with an international working environment Interested in being at the forefront of security, compliance, and player trust?
