The Role We’re looking for a cheerful, energetic Retail Team Member to join our store for a 1-month period to help with Christmas. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same—you’ll help create an inspiring shopping experience for every guest who visits. Key Responsibilities Deliver warm, enthusiastic customer service Share product knowledge about our organic produce Assist customers in finding products and making purchases Restock shelves, displays, and fresh food counters Maintain a clean, well-organised store environment Support seasonal displays, merchandising, and in-store promotions Assist with stock checks and handling deliveries when required What We’re Looking For A friendly, positive personality Enjoyment of a busy, customer-focused retail setting Passion for organic food, sustainability, or healthy living Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliability and consistency, especially for this short-term role Retail or customer service experience is helpful but not essential What We Offer A supportive, team-focused working environment Staff discount on Daylesford Organic products Training in Daylesford values, products, and customer experience
