In deal recovery management at PwC, you will focus on helping clients navigate financial distress and recover from challenging business situations. You will be responsible for providing strategic advice and solutions to optimise recovery outcomes. About the role: We are proud to be the market leading Restructuring & Insolvency team (“R&I”). We operate in an often fast paced environment, delivering a diverse range of financial restructuring and insolvency services to a wide range of corporates, lenders, equity holders, credit funds, pension trustees and government bodies. You will be joining a team of seasoned restructuring and insolvency specialists with unmatched experience of driving complex restructuring programs with often challenging lender and investor negotiations, as well as delivering critical insolvency services. We deal with the types of situations you hear about regularly in the news. What your days will look like: Managing project teams or assisting in the management and delivery of larger complex projects Providing restructuring advice to corporates, sponsors, lenders and funds in assessing options and negotiating and implementing a restructuring programme.. Identifying client and stakeholder needs, discussing solutions with clients and managing stakeholder communications Using your own commercial experience, sector experts across the Firm and technology to undertake critical financial analysis of client forecasts and business plans. The role is for you if: Sound financial analytical skills and commercial/business acumen Advisory experience from a finance consultancy or professional services/ advisory firm A deep understanding of restructuring and insolvency Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders (internal and external) Expertise in strategy development, pricing and proposition development Must possess a ACA, ACCA or CFA Qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.
