No guaranteed hours FTE: 0 Hours of work: 8 hour shifts Shift Information: Days Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Respiratory Therapist - Diploma $38.647 to $47.144 Travel Required: No Job Description: Reporting to the Manager of Pediatric Outpatient, this position performs pulmonary function testing, sleep studies, cpap mask fitting, asthma education, respiratory equipment set up and maintenance, home oxygen, trach teaching/support and trach changes. Works directly with the pediatric respirology team from Saskatoon. Will also provide support to outpatient clinics. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement". HSAS seniority within the Saskatchewan Health Authority will be considered under the Selection Criteria. Human Resources Exemption: No Education Respiratory Therapy diploma (RT) Successful completion of, or eligible to write, the Canadian Board for Respiratory Care exam. Certification as an Asthma Educator is an asset.
