We’re looking for a dedicated Security Officer to take pride in protecting the estate and supporting a high-quality living experience through excellent service and a proactive approach. Role Details: Location: London, EC1V Annual Salary: £30,960 Hours/Working Pattern: 7am-7pm, 4 on 4 off What You'll Be Doing: Carrying out regular patrols of the estate, including car parks, walkways, gardens, and internal corridors Monitoring and reporting any health and safety or security concerns Managing access control and visitor sign-ins, including contractors and service personnel Logging incidents and maintaining accurate records in the security log Supporting the concierge team with day-to-day operations Ensuring all keys are signed in/out correctly and securely stored Upholding company policies and procedures at all times What You'll Bring: Experience: Previous experience in a high-end customer service or security environment Confident handling of sensitive or confidential information Working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and procedures Skills & Behaviours: A calm, professional, and respectful approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A team player who’s proactive and detail-oriented Committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment Culturally aware and sensitive to the needs of others Essential: A valid and in-date SIA License (must be maintained throughout employment) Perks of Joining Us: 24 Days Annual leave (Inclusive of Bank holidays) Cycle to Work Scheme MediCash SmartHealth – Online health services for you and your immediate family.
