About the role

As a Reservations Trainee, you will join the reservations and revenue management team and you will colaborate builing customer loyalty.

Program length: 6 to 8 months

Start date: February or March 2026

What you need to have

• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality and Hotel Management, Business Management, Marketing, International Business (Diploma, University studies or Master).
• Fluent in English (B2+ or above)
• Fluent in Spanish (C1+ or above)
• User level of Microsoft Office.
• Passion for customer service and excellence.
• Attention to details, love for teamwork and good interpersonal skills.
• Good organization and planning skills.
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the EU / Ibiza.
