Renewal Support Analyst

A Lloyd’s market MGA is seeking a Renewal Support Analyst to join its growing team. This is a hands-on role supporting renewal activity and day-to-day engagement with brokers, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation and timely delivery across all client interactions. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain renewal documentation, insurer submissions, and proposals in line with broker and client deadlines Monitor placement status, premium flows, and renewal milestones across global markets Collect and record client and exposure data, losses, contracts, and billing information accurately in internal systems Liaise with underwriting, claims, analytics, and operations teams to gather necessary information for renewals and submissions Ensure documentation is stored correctly, version-controlled, and compliant with internal processes Provide prompt, professional responses to broker queries, escalating issues where required Some prior experience in the London Market insurance sector (MGA, broker, or carrier) Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with brokers and internal stakeholders alike Proactive and able to manage multiple renewals and timelines simultaneously Familiarity with renewal documentation, placement tracking, and market submissions advantageous Eager to develop within a collaborative, fast-paced underwriting environment 6-month contract, with expecation to be extended or to be made permanent. Paying up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
