We are looking for someone is responsible for evaluating the dependable performance of equipment, system, and processes throughout the lifecycle. This role combines data analysis, engineering principles, and risk management techniques to improve asset reliability, reduce downtime, optimize maintenance strategies and enhance overall operational performance. We are looking for someone who can engage directly with our clients and help the client develop a winning proposal. Key Responsibilities: Take data from the client to build a reliability model for the current and upgraded product. Use this reliability model to define the products Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), for the current and upgraded product. Use the existing failure and cost of failure data, to build a Through Life Cost Model of the current product, Develop a Through Life Cost Model for the upgraded product. Support the client with building a business case for the product upgrade based on Through Life cost and reliability.
