PLEASE NOTE THIS POST IS ONLY OPEN TO INTERNAL APPLICANTS Organisation: Leicestershire County Council Work Location: Championship Way, Leicester Road, Glenfield, Leicestershire LE3 8RE Worker Category: Fixed Location Salary: £35,451 - £39,165 per annum Working Hours: 37 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent Closing Date: 26th November 2025 Interview Date(s): TBC About the Role To assist in developing, implementing and maintaining the effective management of all Regulatory Compliance functions, coordinating asbestos management process as well as providing support to CDM, Fire and Legionella compliance officers. About You To apply for this post, you must: Hold UKATA Duty to Manage “Appointed Person” qualification Experienced in delivering areas of Statutory/Legislative Compliance in relation to building management Experienced in the development of key performance measures and benchmarking activities Knowledge of current developments & practices in Statutory Compliance & Legislation Guidance relating to building construction and management Good written communication skills for provision of letters and reports You must also have an understanding of, and commitment to, equality, diversity and inclusion.
