Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Administer treatments and medications as prescribed. Monitor and report on patients' health status and progress. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management. Ensure adherence to best practices, policies, and healthcare regulations. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records. Work autonomously and with minimum supervision when required.
