Assess and monitor patients’ health and care needs. Create and implement personalized care plans for patients. Administer medication and treatment as prescribed. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and document patient information accurately. Advocate for best practices in health and safety within nursing protocols. Work independently while demonstrating strong clinical judgment. Valid NMC Pin and experience in UK nursing. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
