About the Service Our brand-new service Ty Cariad based in a beautiful setting North Wales (close to Hollywell) is a three bedded therapeutic residential home for children and young people between the ages of 7-17 years. We are dedicated to supporting young people who may have experienced early childhood trauma, offering them a safe and nurturing environment where they can thrive. Central to our mission is the delivery of tailored, therapeutic care that acknowledges and responds to the profound impact trauma can have. A bit about the role This Registered Manager post offers a rare chance to shape the culture, values and standards from day one. Unlike stepping in to an established service, this role allows you to build a team and create an environment that truly feels like home for the children and young people we will support. You will lead, inspire, and motivate your team to hold the highest aspirations for the young people, whilst liaising closely with Ofsted to ensure regulatory compliance and excellence, whilst creating a safe environment. Many of the young people we will be supporting may struggle with emotional, behavioural difficulties therefore, a compassionate, patient, and positive approach is essential in helping them feel valued, understood, and empowered. Liaising with key stakeholders within and outside Action for Children Support the Children’s Services Managers with data collection and analysis Let’s talk about you We are looking for an inspiring Registered Manager who understands how to develop trust, rapport, influence and credibility with a staff team.
