As Registered Manager, youâll take the lead on Evaroâs CQC-registered clinical services - ensuring that every aspect of care we deliver is safe, effective, and person-centred. đ± What Youâll Be Doing âïž Regulatory Compliance & Governance Lead Evaroâs compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and CQCâs Fundamental Standards, ensuring services are always safe, effective, and inspection-ready. Maintain active CQC registration as the Registered Manager and oversee audit, inspection, and external review processes. Ensure all clinical governance systems, policies, and SOPs are current, clear, and consistently applied. Investigate and report on incidents, complaints, and safeguarding concerns, embedding learning into practice. Oversee the safe introduction of new treatments, services, and pathways through structured governance reviews. đ©ș Leadership & Service Management Provide day-to-day leadership across regulated activities, ensuring strong collaboration between clinical, pharmacy, and operational teams. Promote a culture of accountability, openness, and continuous improvement. Use data and performance insights to identify risks, drive service improvements, and deliver against national standards (e.g. NICE, GMC, GPhC, CQC). Partner with directors and product teams to ensure innovation is introduced safely and effectively within regulatory frameworks. đ„ Workforce & Supervision Oversee the onboarding and induction process for new clinical and non-clinical staff Ensure staff have appropriate training, supervision, and support â€ïž Patient Safety & Experience Ensure all clinical pathways, escalation procedures, and safeguarding policies are followed and regularly reviewed. Promote a person-centred approach to care in line with the organisationâs ethos đĄ About You Youâre an experienced healthcare leader who loves both structure and progress â someone who thrives at the intersection of care and innovation. Youâre registered with one of the following: GMC (Doctor), GPhC (Pharmacist) or NMC (Nurse with independent prescribing experience) You have at least 3 years of clinical experience. You have at least 3 years in management or leadership within a regulated healthcare service. You understand CQC standards, governance, and quality assurance. Youâre confident leading teams, managing risks, and working across clinical and operational boundaries.
