We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Director for our North America - West territory that will be a key contributor to the overall business.
The Regional Sales Director (RSD) is the heartbeat of our organization across their territory, establishing and fostering relationships with our partners to build new business. The RSD will work with partners who have recently launched our solutions to ensure customer engagement, drive customer adoption and satisfaction.
About You
So, how do you know you’re our new Regional Sales Director? To start, you have a strong background in the contact center industry. Beyond that, you are a hunter and know how to close sales. You also know how to build relationships with partners and customers alike.
Here's how your intelligence, dedication, and drive come into play:
- You have 7-10 years experience in software sales.
- Experience in the contact center industry is ideal
- Proven track record of quota attainment and over-achievement.
You are ready to:
- Spearhead the establishment of our solution to our partners and customers.
- Proactively engage customers to support the adoption and value realization of our solution, ensuring maximum sales opportunities within our partner community.
- Grow customers’ depth of understanding by providing educational sessions on new and existing features.
- Act as the Domain Expert for the reseller base.
- Lead the effort to spot, identify and/or up sell opportunities through close and log these as leads in our CRM.
- Advocate the customers’ and resellers’ needs/issues internally, across departments.
- Create customer advocates to generate strong references, referrals, and case studies.
- Capture and maintain up to date communications, conversations, and correspondence with customers.
- Contribute, author, and edit customer facing proposals and content

- You are a facilitator and consensus builder - Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills as you will be required to interact with cross-functional team members throughout the company to advocate for customer needs.

This role will be fully remote, working out of your home office in Toronto or western Canada. Our head office is located at 7777 Weston Road, at the corner of Highway 7 and Weston Road in Woodbridge, Ontario Canada.
Compensation: Base (100 - 130k) + Commission. This posting is for an existing vacancy.
