Receptionist (Southgate Campus) Application Deadline: 6 January 2026 Department: Customer Services Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Southgate Campus Compensation: £27,541 - £30,602 / year Description Receptionist – successful applicants will provide an essential front-line service for all customers ranging from actioning incoming calls through to dealing with a range of face to face enquires and issues. The ability to build a rapport with all customers alongside a capacity to use a range of systems to help deal with a range of issues/enquiries is vital. Previous experience of aspects of this service is essential. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a student-centred approach, aiming to remove barriers to ensure a comprehensive positive experience.
