⚜️ About You

This role is a great fit if you have:

• Solid experience building high-quality mobile applications using React Native.

• Strong understanding of consuming, integrating, and operating with different kinds of APIs.

• Hands-on experience deploying mobile applications and dealing with the quirks, requirements, and edge cases of the major app stores.

• Solid knowledge of modern coding, testing, debugging, and automation techniques.

• A strong commitment to writing clean, well-structured, and maintainable code, using tools and metrics to continuously improve quality.

• A genuine interest in learning and experimenting with new technologies.

• The ability to design efficient software architectures and implement them effectively.

• A proactive mindset when it comes to automation—eliminating repetitive tasks to focus on higher-value work.

• A mindset grounded in our values: Integrity, Curiosity, Creation, and Collaboration.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience building reusable components and promoting reuse and extensibility across applications, with familiarity with InnerSource best practices and Open Source ecosystems.

• Knowledge beyond frontend development, such as CI/CD workflows, backend development, or native mobile development. Diverse skill sets and perspectives are highly valued.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and gather feedback, sharing knowledge and diverse perspectives.

• Continuously refine and improve task definitions to increase clarity and delivery efficiency.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and specifications in an agile environment.

• Contribute to the team by sharing knowledge and mentoring juniors.
