About the role
Are you ready to play a hands-on role in shaping the future of snacks? We are seeking a passionate and curious RD&A Technician to join our Bristol, GB site.
The snacks category is bursting with potential and represents one of the most dynamic growth opportunities within Kerry.
As part of our innovative Snacks RD&A Team, you’ll be at the heart of our lab, working onsite five days a week to support the creation of healthier, tastier, and more sustainable snack products enjoyed by billions worldwide.

Key responsibilities
- Accurate and methodical seasoning sample preparation
- Assist in the development of products from concept, trials and all the way through to launch
- Various types of Snack seasoning applications including topical and slurry application
- Raw material stock management
- Base stock management
- Manage & coordinate Analytical requests & Sensory testing
- Perform functionality testing
- Liaise with cross-functional teams within the business to ensure everything is compliant, effective and meeting the project expectations
- Project management
- General lab management
Qualifications and skills
- 3rd level qualification desired but not essential
- Experience in a Food Manufacturing Environment Desirable but not essential
- A keen interest in food
- Competence navigating key R&D systems
- Project management skills
- Lab good practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic team player
- You will bring a high level of attention to detail and have excellent organisational skills
