About the Role: Currently, we are seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our growing team as a Raise Bore Supervisor in Matachewan, Ontario. We are actively looking to fill multiple positions. This position plays a critical role in overseeing the safe and efficient execution of raise boring operations to support the continued success of our underground projects. The key responsibilities of the Raise bore Supervisor include but are not limited to: Oversee all aspects of raise boring operations, including safety, production, and equipment maintenance Ensure raise boring is completed to required specifications and within project timelines Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to raise bore operators and support crew Perform daily workplace inspections and proactively identify and address any hazards Coordinate with project and site management to align raisebore activities with operational priorities Conduct performance evaluations and support continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements Qualifications Minimum 5 years of underground experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Extensive experience with raise boring equipment and techniques (mechanized and conventional) Must have valid Basic Underground Common Core (770010) including U0072 Operate Raise Bore Must have valid MTCU Module 770121 Common Core for First Line Underground required Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and raisebore plans Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and industry standards Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced underground environment Willingness to travel to various project sites within Ontario Schedule Tentative 14 on 7 off Why Choose Technica?
