You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality processes and procedures to meet regulatory guidelines. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive continuous improvement in quality and regulatory compliance. You will report directly to our Quality Manager.  In this role, you will have an impact by ensuring that our products meet all regulatory requirements, maintaining high quality standards, and driving continuous improvement in our quality processes.     KEY RESPONSABILITIES   • Develop and implement quality processes and procedures to ensure compliance with  regulatory standards  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality  and regulatory compliance  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team in resolving quality issues  • Stay updated with industry trends and changes in regulatory standards  • Responsible for communicating with end users and responding to their quality complaints. Reduce  the product warranty and parts per million (ppm).  • Responsible for defining product safety risk assessment for each customer complaint as required.  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI), Sustaining, and Value Engineering Cost Engineering (VECE)  product quality validation.  • Responsible for regular product validation plans, testing, and reporting.  • Jointly responsible with the marketing leader for regional Voice of Customer (VOC).  • Co-responsible with Product Quality and Manufacturing Quality to define, review, maintain and  improve Product Failure Catalogue.  • Co-responsible with Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) for supplier audits, production transfers, and  Production Part  • Approval Process (PPAP) approval.  • Regular report region quality statement such as PPM, COPQ and Key customer complaint and aging  time to quality and business leadership.   REQUIRED SKILLS FOR SUCCESS   • Bachelor's degree in engineering • Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory standards or certifications  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and requirements  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills  • Preferred: Green Belt Certification  • Initiative and judgement in work methods, goal interpretation  • Independent work with minimal supervision  • Self-supervising within divisional management's guidance  • Basic knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA  • Familiarity with TS16949 and ISO9000  • Proficiency with quality tools (Sampling Inspection, Measurement, CPK, 8D, CAPA, PPM, COPQ, audit,  QMS)  • Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills  • Data collection and analysis ability  • Teamwork skills  • Understanding of cost and financial impacts  • Advanced proficiency in English Protective Industrial Products (PIP) is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
