Our P&C Insurance client in Toronto, is searching a highly motivated Intermediate QA Analyst manual/functional tester to join their for a 1 year contract to start with possibility of extension. This role would primarily support the team, as well as possibility of helping other lines of business as they have capacity.<\/span><\/span> E<\/span><\/span><\/span>xperience with working in Personal Lines is required, thorough knowledge of automobile insurance is needed.<\/span><\/span><\/b>

    Primary Duties:
    <\/ul>

    <\/div>

    <\/div>
    • Develop comprehensive test strategy documents and detailed test plans/matrices.
    <\/div>

    <\/div>
    • Gain a deep understanding of functional requirements and the solution to conduct efficient and effective testing.
    <\/div>

    <\/div>
    • Conduct risk assessments collaboratively with the team.
    <\/div>

    <\/div>
    • Offer defect analysis, daily reporting, and management reporting.
    <\/div>

    <\/div>
    • Contribute to the definition of quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
    <\/div>

    <\/div>
    • Maintain focus on deadlines and deliverables.
    <\/div>

    <\/div>
    • Collaborate closely with the project team and key stakeholders.
    <\/div>

    Requirements<\/h3>
      QUALIFICATIONS:

      <\/div>
      • Completion of university degree or equivalent experience
      <\/div>

      <\/div>
      • Experiences in Quality Management Software and Processes
      <\/div>

      <\/div>
      • Minimum of 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience
      <\/div>

      <\/div>
      • Insurance Industry experience (Personal lines required, Auto insurance needed)
      <\/div>

      <\/div>
      • Test Automation
      <\/div>

      <\/div>
      • Clear demonstration of the following core competencies:
