- 9am–6pm 4 days with one late night 1pm to 9pm on the 5th day
- Every second Saturday only

Your Key Responsibilities
You will play a vital role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient running of our dispensary:
- Receive and verify written prescriptions with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain proper storage, security, and stock rotation of medicines
- Ensure all medicines are in date and fit for supply
- Answer telephone & text queries and support customers with professionalism
- Dispense medications accurately in line with prescriber and pharmacist instructions
- File completed prescriptions and maintain organised records
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas
- Safely accept and dispose of returned medicines
- Maintain patient profiles and medication histories
- Manage dispensary stock levels, ordering, and supplier communication
- Receive and check incoming deliveries
- Prepare extemporaneous products as required
- Complete all HSE end-of-month paperwork and claims procedures
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service and always put patient needs first
