About the Peer Reviewer Position We’re seeking thoughtful and detail-oriented students to join our team as Peer Reviewers. In this role, you will help maintain the academic quality of the journal by evaluating submissions for clarity, rigor, originality, and relevance. Peer Reviewers play a critical part in our double-blind review process, offering constructive feedback to authors and assisting the editorial team in making publication decisions. Our ideal candidate is an attentive reader with strong analytical and communication skills. Prior experience in academic writing, research, or reviewing is helpful but not required; training and review rubrics will be provided. Peer Reviewer Responsibilities Conduct double-blind reviews of submitted manuscripts in accordance with journal guidelines Evaluate submissions for clarity, originality, methodology, and contribution to the field Provide constructive, respectful, and actionable feedback to authors Complete reviews within established deadlines to support timely publication Follow and uphold the journal’s standards of academic integrity, confidentiality, and objectivity Collaborate with editors and other reviewers to ensure consistency in evaluation
