This Position reports to: Business Manager - Commercial&Operations At ABB, we are determined to tackle global challenges. Your role and responsibilities Lead the Quality & HSE management system: ensure compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001…) and maintain KPIs and documentation. Support product development projects: set quality objectives, validate deliverables under the Gate Model, and promote quality tools (FMEA, Six Sigma). Manage internal audits, customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction. Oversee HSE coordination: update systems (DU, KPI, Intelex), monitor prevention plans and ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications for the role Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field (electro-mechanics, automation, process engineering). Minimum 10 years of experience in related activities, with strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality tools (FMEA, Six Sigma). Fluent English required, proficiency in MS Office, analytical mindset and results orientation. Leadership, proactive approach and ability to work collaboratively in an international environment.
