Job Title: PV & ESS Solution Sales Manager


Job Location: The Hague, Netherland

Main Responsibilities:

  • Timely feedback of market information, implementation of project operation and management, coordination of resources to improve the success rate of the project, to complete the business objectives in the region.

  • Responsible for enhancing the full-scenario solution capabilities of the partner sales team, aligning with the implementation of the company's strategic intent.

  • Responsible for addressing partners' core requirements for solutions and ensuring the timely closure of outstanding solution issues in the HLM process.

  • Responsible for formulating solution strategies for cross-border VAPs and second-tier partners, improving their sales capabilities for new scenarios and solutions, and seizing strategic opportunities in industrial and commercial photovoltaic, storage, and charging sectors.

  • Responsible for the GTM launch at the cross-border VAP and second-tier partner interface, improving the quality of solution launches and supporting partners in efficient and agile operations.

  • Responsible for building and enhancing solution sales capabilities within the cross-border VAP and second-tier partner system departments, improving resource utilization efficiency and team operational capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 2-8 years of experience working in sales roles, preferably within the photovoltaic (PV) industry. Renewable energy sector is highly preferred.

  • Knowledge background in Power Electronics; specialization or degree in Photovoltaics (PV) related fields is a plus.

  • Fluent in English, valuable knowledge of a second language (such as German, French etc.).
