Adoc Talent Management is recruiting, on behalf of a public health research laboratory located in the Paris region, a Postdoctoral Researcher or Research Engineer to join the HPV-FASTER-Implement project, funded by the Horizon Europe program (project details). This European initiative brings together various European institutions and aims to enhance cervical cancer prevention by integrating HPV vaccination and screening strategies. The research team focuses on understanding women’s preferences, perceptions, and experiences to design more effective and acceptable public health interventions. Working within a young, dynamic, interdisciplinary, and international environment, the successful candidate will contribute to research with strong societal relevance at the crossroads of public health, health economics, and social sciences. Missions You will play a central role in the operational implementation of Work Package 2 (WP2): “Elicit women’s preferences before HPV-FASTER implementation.” Your main task will be to conduct and analyse a Discrete Choice Experiment (DCE) in collaboration with several European partners. You will take part in all stages of the research process: developing survey tools, coordinating fieldwork in multiple countries, managing and cleaning data, and performing statistical and econometric analyses using R. Beyond data analysis, you will contribute to writing reports, scientific articles, and conference presentations, while taking an active part in the team’s scientific life. You will also participate in a complementary research strand focusing on patient-reported outcome and experience measures (PROMs and PREMs) across five European countries. Profile We are looking for a motivated, curious, and autonomous researcher eager to contribute to a high-impact European project. You hold a PhD in health economics or public health, or a Master’s degree with prior research experience and a willingness to pursue doctoral studies. You have solid methodological training in public health or social sciences applied to health and are proficient in statistical and econometric software such as R. Excellent analytical, organizational, and writing skills are essential, along with fluency in English, both written and spoken. Experience with European projects or scientific publications would be a valuable asset. Conditions The position is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, starting in February 2026, with potential for renewal depending on project needs and candidate profile. The position is based in the Paris region, within a leading public research and hospital environment. Hybrid work is possible, with up to two days of teleworking per week. You will work closely with a statistician, three PhD students, and another postdoctoral researcher, in a young, collaborative and stimulating setting.
