Mission

The PMO Analyst will provide direct support to the Project Management community, ensuring a consistent, holistic and transversal view of the project portfolio. The role is key to guaranteeing methodological consistency, high-quality project and financial reporting and effective risk and opportunity management.

 

 

Responsibilities

Project Monitoring & Control

  • Provide a consistent, holistic and transversal view of the status of all projects, monitoring progress in line with the PMO methodology.
  • Arrange, participate in and validate project reviews and governance forums according to the PMO framework.
  • Review and understand project plans, supporting Project Managers with the coherent update of schedules and the assessment of impacts on scope, cost and timelines.
  • Support projects in the identification, assessment and ongoing management of Risks and Opportunities (R&O).

 

Reporting & Governance

  • Prepare high-quality reports and executive presentations for senior-level stakeholders.
  • Coordinate closely with Financial Project Managers (FPMs) to ensure excellence, accuracy and consistency in the reporting of financial project indicators.
  • Update and maintain the Board Approval Database, ensuring data accuracy, completeness and traceability.
  • Actively participate in the preparation of Investment Committees, ensuring that:
    • Financial information (Model Inputs) is consistent and aligned with PMO requirements.
    • R&O assessments are complete, accurate and compliant with the PMO methodology.

 

Processes, Systems & Data

  • Participate in the definition, implementation and continuous improvement of PMO processes and systems.
  • Support Business Units in the development, testing, documentation and implementation of robust data collection and reporting processes.

Ensure data integrity, consistency and reliability across PMO reports and decision-making forums.

 

 

Job Requirements

Education

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.

 

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles (PMO Analyst, Project Controller, Project Analyst) within the sector.
  • Proven experience managing and reporting across multiple projects in a matrix organization.
  • Experience supporting financial reporting and investment or steering committees is highly valued.

 

Skills & Knowledge

  • Solid understanding of Project Management methodologies and PMO environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and structure complex information.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and project management tools.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
