Description Discover your exciting roles Purpose: Based on a Project Site in Northern France, your role will be to ensure that the quality management systems and related processes are consistently understood and adhered to across the project. You may as well act as a deputy for the Management or French Quality Responsible, in case of audits and for reporting activities. The role is a CDD or project based contract in the Lille area ; frequent interactions with Quality Management in Stuttgart are expected. Explore your tasks and responsibilities Regularly assess processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency on your project. Ensure that the mandatory documentation and records are kept up to date in the company system. Collaborating with external and internal auditors during audits for certifications or compliance. Derive preventive actions from analysis statistical quality data across your project. Additional responsibilities Maintain the procedures of sampling and guidelines for collection and reporting quality data. Perform audits and witness inspections. Review contract to identify quality topics. Preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement, e.g. adjust Project Quality Plan to meet customer‘s requirements. Report on quality KPIs to Project Management Perform quality trainings to project staff if necessary. Review and sign off project quality documents Monitor the disposition of all issued non-conformance reports. Review of supplier quality plans against contract requirements. Participate in Project Management meetings. Show your expertises Professional experience & education Experience in engineering and construction execution processes ISO 9001 knowledge Certification, such as Quality Engineer is preferred At least 5 years seniority and proven records on a similar role in a global Engineering and Construction company. Specific skills & knowledge Quality Auditor, Six Sigma, or Quality Process Analysist is a plus Excellent computer competence. Fluent in English (company language) Native French or Biligual (client's and suppliers language).
