Temporary position for 18 months, with possibility of extension. As a risk management project manager for subsidiary undertakings, you’ll play a pivotal role in implementing and enhancing risk management practices within certain Desjardins Group subsidiaries. You’ll be a catalyst for integrating risk management requirements in a complex and rapidly changing environment within certain Desjardins-owned entities, including Guardian and IDC-Worldsource. More specifically, you will be required to: Coordinate efforts to implement and enhance risk management practices at Guardian and other subsidiary undertakings. Monitor acquisition risks. Help develop and implement risk management roadmaps for satellite entities. Help facilitate transformation and integration working groups. Support the creation of in-depth risk diagnostics and improvement plans. Help set up governance and risk monitoring mechanisms. Coordinate work carried out by various contributors, including subject matter experts, project team members and business sector leaders. What you bring to the table Bachelor's degree in a related field A minimum of eight years of relevant experience Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered Expérience in Project management or project coordination Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients Knowledge of risk management, corporate governance or asset management Action oriented, Customer Focus, Differences, Drive results, Engagement, Nimble learning, Plans and aligns Trade Union (If applicable) At Desjardins, we believe in equity, diversity and inclusion.
