What we are looking for:
We are seeking a customer-facing Project Manager to lead and deliver software implementation projects for our Windows, Doors & Glass solutions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders while ensuring predictable, on-time delivery outcomes.
This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing customer expectations, and driving delivery discipline throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned customer implementation projects, ensuring execution aligns with scope, schedule, and delivery standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies to ensure predictable delivery
• Coordinate global, cross-functional resources including consulting, engineering, support, and customer teams
• Manage project scope, schedule, and change control to maintain delivery timelines and customer outcomes
• Monitor project health and proactively identify risks, implementing mitigation plans when needed
• Provide clear and consistent project status updates to customers and internal stakeholders
• Facilitate customer meetings, status reviews, and milestone checkpoints
• Escalate delivery risks or customer issues appropriately to maintain project momentum and customer confidence
• Ensure successful project closure and customer satisfaction at go-live
Requirements:
• Configure and customize software applications to meet customer requirements
• Develop and maintain VBScript-based logic, UI customizations, automation routines, and integration scripts
• Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and data transformation scripts
• Assist in system data modeling, data mapping, and database updates
• Engineer: Completed Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Engineering Technology or equivalent
• Technical education/knowledge in Fenestration manufacturing processes/ERP implementation experience
• 2–3 years of experience with software implementation
• Service oriented with the motivation to meet tight deadlines
• Adept at overseeing multiple tasks and projects
• Ability to perform individually while working as part of a global team
• Solves problems independently and takes ownership of assigned project tasks
• Skill to absorb technical information and communicate this to varied audiences
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Works independently and effectively at client sites
• Detail oriented
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills:
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or workflow automation systems
• Exposure to business logic scripting in other languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with SDLC processes, version control tools, and ticketing systems
• Background working with manufacturing, logistics, financial, or vertical-specific software
• A strong knowledge of software systems
