The Project Manager II will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while supporting process improvement, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration. The position involves coordinating with internal teams and clients, aligning project tasks with organizational goals, and tracking key performance metrics. Accountabilities

  • Assist in developing, executing, and tracking project plans under the guidance of senior project managers.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Support alignment of project goals with client requirements and service delivery expectations.
  • Facilitate communication, change management, and conflict resolution within project teams.
  • Track project performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
  • Support process standardization and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in risk identification and mitigation strategies, escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of project management experience, preferably in software, product, or service projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Experience using AI or GenAI tools in a professional setting.
  • Strong written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management software, and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strategic decision-making, high energy, and collaborative mindset.
  • Occasional travel for meetings or training sessions as required.
