Job Description:

With the increase of cybersecurity threats, combined with the importance of the regulatory constraints, the main stake of the position is to enhance the cyber maturity of IT Production and the Infrastructure - Securities Services. The Cyber Hygiene coordinator will integrate a multidisciplinary team (2S IT Production - COO - Audit & Risks)  with various skills around cybersecurity, IT risks & controls. Bringing his background on Production Security and Project Management, she/he will be mainly coordinating various CIB projects and initiatives between Securities Services Production teams and Production Security team, with a major goal to mature the cyber-hygiene, accelerate the remediation plans and conduct several controls and checks.                                              

Main Tasks:

Acting as Project Manager for company's Securities Services perimeter, for the projects concerning Cyber Hygiene topics, usually driven by CIB or ITG ProdSec providers.  The main activity is to:

     * coordinate the implementation of the measures on the Securities Services scope

     * follow up the progress with the Securities Services IT production teams (APS - Application Production Support), in close relation with the CIB and/or IT Group Production Security teams

     * prepare and present the projects reporting during the steering committees

     * assist in the resolution of the potential issues

The underlying topics are generally related to:

    * Privileged Access Management (CyberArk/Safes, Sailpoint, etc.)

    * System hardening, credential hardening

    * Patching

    * Vulnerability management "                                       

Support middleware administration teams (without administering) on technical choices and implementations.

Ability to communicate effectively with systems, network and security engineers 

3. Security & architecture coordination

Integrate guidelines from CISO or Technical Architecture teams.

Validate proposed technical solutions.

Participate in architecture or security committees as required.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Proven experiences and track records in project management in technical environment

• Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure: Systems (Linux, Windows, Cloud), Networks, Security services "                                     

• Production Security background:                                       

    Technical access management(workflows, safes/Cyberark, roles-based model, etc.)

    Vulnerability & patch management"                                       

    Hardening principles                                        

• Cyber Security and Risk culture, Cyber Awareness, Cyber Controls

• Data treatment, analysis and visualization is a plus (PoweQuery, PowerBI, etc.)

• Basics of DevOps ang Agile methods is a plus"                                     

Language Skills:

•  English – Fluent to professional

•   French – Professional
