Key Responsibilities: Build & Develop: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for web or software applications. Test & Debug: Troubleshoot and resolve bugs to ensure seamless performance across platforms. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with designers, QA, and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions. Optimize Performance: Enhance application performance and scalability through smart code and database optimization. Version Control: Use Git for code versioning and collaborative development workflows. Document & Maintain: Create technical documentation for future reference and team support. Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest programming trends, frameworks, and best practices. Innovate: Propose new tools and frameworks to improve development efficiency and team productivity. Qualifications & Requirements: Experience: 2–3 years as a Programmer or Software Developer, with both front-end and back-end experience and a strong portfolio or active GitHub profile. Tech Stack: Proficient in languages such as JavaScript (Node.js/React), Python, or PHP. Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. Analytical Thinking: Strong logical and debugging skills, with an ability to break down complex problems. Attention to Detail: Write code that’s efficient, secure, and well-structured. Team Spirit: Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a remote, cross-functional team. Work Schedule: Ability to work the graveyard shift (11:30 PM – 8:30 AM Philippine Time). Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related field. Tech Requirements: PC/Laptop: Minimum 8GB RAM, Intel Core i3 (or equivalent), running Windows 11 (Primary & backup equipment). Internet: Stable LAN or Fiber connection with a backup (Pocket WiFi or Mobile Hotspot).
