In this pivotal role, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of our production processes, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of quality and efficiency. Assist in achieving daily production targets through effective operational support. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency. Perform regular quality checks on products and report discrepancies to supervisors. Engage in ongoing training to improve skills and contribute effectively to team goals. Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster a positive and productive work environment. No previous experience required; however, experience in manufacturing or production is advantageous. Strong team player with excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Basic numeracy skills for conducting quality checks and reporting. Proactive approach to learning and enhancing job-related skills. Must be flexible and willing to work varying shifts based on production demands.
