As our Stablecoin Product Manager: You’ll be building the future of instant, efficient cross-border settlement, stablecoin payments, yield mechanics at Sokin, leveraging blockchain infrastructure to fundamentally reimagine how money moves across borders. You'll design and deliver products that enable businesses to transact using digital currencies for treasury optimization and instant settlement. This means creating seamless on-ramps and off-ramps between traditional fiat and stablecoins, building intelligent routing that leverages blockchain rails when they offer speed or cost advantages, and ensuring clients can access the benefits of digital assets without needing to understand the underlying complexity. A critical part of this role involves understanding the evolving regulatory landscape for digital assets across different jurisdictions and building products that remain compliant while maximizing utility. You'll work closely with our treasury, compliance, and operations teams to design risk management frameworks, liquidity management strategies, and reconciliation processes that make stablecoin operations as reliable as traditional banking. You'll also be responsible for talking to internal stakeholders and clients about the strategic value of stablecoins, when instant settlement matters, how treasury efficiency can be improved, and where blockchain infrastructure offers genuine advantages over legacy systems. This includes monitoring the rapidly evolving stablecoin ecosystem, assessing new protocols and issuers, and making informed decisions about which infrastructure to build on. Success means delivering products that offer measurably faster settlement times and lower costs, while maintaining the security, transparency, and reliability that enterprise clients demand. You'll be defining best practices for institutional stablecoin usage as the industry matures around us. Your role as a Product Manager at Sokin: * Work and communicate the product strategy and roadmap aligned to the companies vision and strategy in payments, stablecoin payments, treasury, yield bearring products. * Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends. * Work directly with a cross-functional team of engineers to deliver value often. * Spend time with customers to discover new product ideas, identify product improvements and validate product solutions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to understand the value, feasibility, viability and usability of solutions. * Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals. * Prioritize product features and requirements based on customer value and business impact. * Work closely with product marketing and sales to launch new products to customers. * Monitor product performance and use quantitative and qualitative insight to drive continuous improvement. * Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries. We’d love to hear from you if: * You're excited by, and have experience in, building products that customers love within the fintech space, specifically stablecoins: exchanges, payment products, payment acquiring. * You have an understanding of the stablecoin and AI payments setup, main protocols, players, business models both centralized and DeFi. * You have equaly good understanding of blockchain technology, different blockchains setups, as well as protocols of traditional assets transfers like SEPA, Faster Payments, ACH, SWIFT. * You have a great understanding of how card acquiring works, who are the main players on the card acquiring business process and what is the mechanics of the business. * You have hands on experience with the latest AI models from OpenAI and Google with the understanding and hands on experience of automation using no-code solutions. * You’re driven to make a difference and want to fully own your product roadmap. * You're someone that enjoys getting into the details and understanding the mechanics of your product and the data behind it. * You're comfortable working closely with clients, financial, risk, and legal stakeholders, ensuring products are designed in a user-centric way while remaining compliant. * Your enjoy working in cross-functional teams alongside engineers, designers, and other functions to deliver value to users. As well as hands on experience in user flow design and testing with familiarity on the technical side of the development process, integration process, how blockchain works and all vocabulary around it. * You have a good understanding of technical concepts and can work closely with engineers to find the best solution to a problem. * You love solving problems in innovative and creative ways.
