As a Product Manager in Chase Payment Solutions for SMBs, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. Job responsibilities Leads the expansion of the proprietary Chase Point of Sale (CPOS) system in Canada to grow the SMB line of business Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability Proactively monitors the market and competitive landscape to lead the positioning of CPOS as the go-to platform for SMBs in Canada Awareness of changing regulatory and compliance requirements to ensure the CPOS ecosystem makes proactive changes on behalf of the merchant Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Expertise in the Canadian Point of Sale (POS) domain across hardware, software, payment processing, and Canadian specific regulations and best practices Successfully launched POS solutions across multiple provinces and territories in Canada 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management Skilled collaborator that can successfully run a large-scale program and influence multiple teams towards a common goal Detail-oriented and a methodical thinker that can motivate squads to execute as a high-performing team Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization Experience with platform and user experience migrations Bachelors Degree
