As a Product Manager - Data Analytics, you will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of innovative data products that provide actionable insights for users across complex healthcare and therapy environments. You will collaborate with engineering, data science, and client-facing teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and clinical relevance, while prioritizing features that drive measurable impact. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex data into meaningful solutions, optimize product performance, and support broader analytics initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping the product roadmap, defining success metrics, and enabling teams to execute efficiently in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Accountabilities:

·         Lead the development and launch of strategic data initiatives, from concept through market release.

·         Collaborate with engineering, data science, and client-facing teams to establish data methodologies, standards, and workflows.

·         Define and track key metrics and benchmarks to support advanced analytics and data integration efforts.

·         Represent the voice of the customer, gathering insights to refine product features and improve usability.

·         Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.

·         Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, release notes, and training materials.

·         Communicate progress, impediments, and releases to stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

·         Support broader clinical data initiatives, ensuring data quality, standardization, and clinical relevance.

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.

·         5+ years of product management experience, preferably in data analytics or healthcare-related products.

·         Strong understanding of benchmarking data methodologies and healthcare applications.

·         Experience with BI reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Sisense, Looker).

·         Expertise in healthcare data management, EMRs, standardized metrics, operational workflows, and regulatory compliance.

·         Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.

·         Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

·         Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·         Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and drive product development in a fast-paced environment.

·         Customer empathy and an understanding of end-user workflows and data needs.
