Product Expansion Manager - Brokerage - London / Madrid / Berlin

As a Market and Product Expansion Manager Brokerage at J.P. Morgan Personal Investing, you are an integral part of the team that defines new product offerings and supports our international expansion. You are ultimately responsible for developing profitable products that provide customer value, at scale.  

You will leverage your analytic skillset, commercial acumen, and passion for investment to unlock the future of investment product and help shape how clients experience JPM Personal Investing´s Brokerage offering. 

Job responsibilities 

• Develops and articulates a clear and innovative long-term strategy that delivers meaningful value to customers and aligns with JPM PI´s broader objectives  

• Support market research and discovery efforts to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap  

• Translate data into insights to inform product strategy and decision-making  

• Build strong and collaborative relationships across different departments, including internal teams (e.g. Engineering, Compliance, Operations and Marketing) and with our external partners  

• Be passionate about the Product Development process, always striving to improve how products are built to ensure teams operate to their maximum effectiveness and efficiency  

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

• Experience or equivalent expertise in product management, Strategy consulting or a relevant domain area within financial services or technology  

• Familiarity with brokerage and/or mutual funds end-to-end lifecycle   

• Ability to analyse and incorporate user needs, business needs, and technical constraints/opportunities into the product development process  

• Analytical mindset with fluency in Excel, and ideally SQL and/or Phyton 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, STEM, finance or highly qualitative degree 

• European languages
