Product Designer

We’re looking for a mission-driven Product Designer with deep experience in designing web-based B2B platforms. You’ll own and evolve our product’s UX and UI, create and maintain a scalable design system in Figma, and help shape the next generation of AI-powered research tools.

You’ll also own the end-to-end interaction design of our new Beacon Agents—autonomous AI helpers that surface insights, draft surveys, and guide users through complex research tasks.

You’ll act as the connective tissue between product, engineering, commercial, and customers—embedding yourself in the daily operations of the business and championing great design at every touchpoint. Think of yourself as 80% product designer, 20% product thinker.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality, intuitive UX/UI for our SaaS platform—from user flows to final UI
  
  

• Concept, prototype, and iterate on conversational and task-oriented AI agent experiences (chat, voice, and UI-embedded).

• Own and maintain our Figma-based design system and component library
  
  

• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure design fidelity in development—including tight loops with our ML team to translate model capabilities into usable agent behaviours.
  
  

• Work directly with market researchers, sales, and healthcare professionals to gather insights and test ideas
  
  

• Conduct light research and usability testing where needed
  
  

• Design for scale while retaining clarity and simplicity
  
  

• Help shape the future vision of the platform through design-led thinking
  
  

You Might Be a Fit If You...

• Live in or are relocating to Paris

• You must have the right to work in France (no visa sponsorship available)

• Are fluent in English

• Have 3–7 years of experience designing web products (SaaS preferred)

• Have strong Figma skills—component systems, tokens, and responsive design

• Have shipped—or are eager to ship—interfaces for AI agents, chatbots, or other intelligent assistants.

• Have worked on or built a design system from scratch

• Are proactive, independent, and collaborative

• Love working closely with teams across sales, product, and research

• Bring a strategic lens to design: you don’t just make things beautiful—you make them work
