PRODUCT ADVISOR

  As a Key member of the Lexus of Calgary team and reporting to the Sales Managers, you will work with a seasoned sales team, service department and support staff with an established Dealership representing a world class leader with respect to automotive brand.  We are always seeking dedicated, self-motivated relationship building professionals to join our team as a Product Advisor. As an experienced Sales professional you understand hours of operation and shifts have no relevance when meeting the needs of your customers and you are willing to put in the necessary time to help them find the perfect vehicle for their needs. Job Responsibilities: * Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences. * Guide customers through our diverse inventory to find the perfect vehicle that matches their lifestyle. * Conduct informative test drives and showcase vehicle features to highlight the benefits of each model. * Negotiate pricing and financing options to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless buying process. * Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their continued satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships. * Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance your performance.
