Strategic Sourcing & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Engage with internal requestors from the earliest stages of need definition to identify the most effective sourcing strategy, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives.
  • Act as a trusted partner to business units, supporting them in translating operational needs into structured procurement initiatives.
  • Regular communication with HQ.

    Market Analysis & Supplier Identification

  • Collaborate with the Vendor Management team on supplier qualification processes and the identification of strategic commodity categories.
  • Analyze and monitor the reference market to identify suppliers capable of meeting sourcing strategies and business requirements.
  • Define negotiation approaches and tender structures based on market insights and supplier capabilities.

    Supplier Assessment & Due Diligence

  • Perform comprehensive supplier evaluations to verify suitability in terms of business needs, reputation, reliability, and sustainability.
  • Ensure that selected suppliers meet organizational standards and contribute to longterm value creation.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies and governance.

    Tender Management, Negotiation & Contract Award

  • Manage the full tendering process in collaboration with technical and support functions (e.g., Risk Management, Legal), including supplier engagement, bid management, offer evaluation, negotiation, and contract award.
  • Ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance throughout all procurement procedures.
  • Manage tenders through digital procurement platforms, with proven ability to operate within systems based on Jaggaer technology.
  • Leverage digital tools to streamline sourcing activities, ensure traceability, and enhance process efficiency.
  • Ensure consistency with HQ procurement frameworks.

    Contract Handover & Internal Alignment

  • Oversee the handover process to the contract manager, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of contractual obligations and performance expectations.

    Continuous Improvement & Feedback Management

  • Collect, analyze, and elaborate feedback related to procurement activities to support continuous improvement initiatives and enhance supplier performance and internal processes.

 

Profil recherché : 

 

  1. - Minimum 5 years’ experience in indirect procurement. 

  2. - Experience in an international or multinational environment is highly valued. 

  3. - Strong analytical and negotiation skills. 

  4. - Good understanding of service contracts, SLAs, and risk management. 

  5. - Proficiency in procurement tools and Excel. 

  6. - Fluent English (C1 level) required.

  7. - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. 

  8. - Team-oriented, proactive, and autonomous. 

  9. - Ability to manage multiple priorities. 

- Comfortable with top‑down directives and structured processes.
