You’ll drive deal origination, create financial analyses, and collaborate with product teams to enhance marketplace efficiency. This role is crucial for expanding the client base and shaping the future technology roadmap in a rapidly growing fintech environment. What you will do Manage deal origination and execution processes, overseeing Caplight’s marketplace to ensure opportunities progress to closing. Create compelling financial analysis and marketing materials for distribution to clients, journalists, and prospects. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to continuously improve marketplace efficiency and reliability. The ideal candidate 1–2 years of experience in investment banking or sales & trading, ideally focused on the technology sector. Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate solutions effectively to clients and stakeholders. A self-starter who can take projects from inception to completion with minimal direction.
