Our team goal is to make sure people use the best tools to work efficiently. You will contribute to this goal by mastering Dynamics products and communicating their value to channel partners as well as the sales team on how to succeed with these products. Succeeding in this role involves building a strong partnership with our internal teams as well as our partners by enabling them to get the most potential out of these products. To do this, you will work directly with the SME BD team and support their efforts in providing our partners with a high level of service.

Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role

  • Be an internal and external champion of Microsoft’s D365 Business Central cloud and associated services.
  • Work with the internal sales SME BD team to provide expertise in D365 BC licensing and capabilities
  • Create and execute on demos of the different parts of D365 BC – including but not limited to - Sales, Service, Finance modules and AI related to BC.
  • Working with Account Managers to help them grow their book of business
  • Establishing relationships with resellers and helping them manage day to day interactions with Sherweb
  • Communicate internally across multiple departments as a liaison for the sales team
  • Identify sales opportunities & collecting customer information for future follow-ups
  • Book meetings and calls between representatives and partners
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities
  • Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Other related tasks according to organizational needs.

    Here's what you need to have and master to get the job

    • Diploma in Business Administration or in any related field, or equivalent sales experience.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in the MSP industry AND/OR
    • Fluent in English, French is an asset.
    • Clear presentation skills, able to speak 1:1 and 1: many
    • A valid driver’s license and passport, and legally authorized to travel to the United States
    • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, ideally Dynamics.
    • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, web technologies and productivity tools.
