Key Responsibilities Practice Support Administration: Maintain and update documentation for Wealth Managers and their clients, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Coordinate updates to stationery and other materials used by Wealth Managers. Prepare and revise reporting packs to support client communications and internal reviews. Collaborate with Practice Support Assistants on data updates, supporting firm-wide initiatives such as user information management. Proactively identify records requiring updates and work with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate revisions. Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve processes, reduce risk, and enhance efficiency to better serve Wealth Managers. Engage with stakeholders across the firm to ensure the Practice Support team operates effectively. Skills and Experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Previous administrative experience is helpful but not essential—we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds who are eager to learn.
