PR Specialist – BYD & DENZA France Key Responsibilities: - Media Relations Management Handle daily media inquiries (product information, interviews, visuals, press test drives), ensuring fast and professional responses to maintain strong relationships with journalists. - Press Fleet Coordination Oversee the full lifecycle of press vehicles, including condition monitoring, renewals, booking with journalists, and coordination with logistics providers; ensure all product documents and materials are delivered accurately. - Administrative & Supplier Management Manage administrative processes, including purchase orders and payments through internal systems, and maintain smooth coordination with external partners and suppliers. - Product Launch Event Coordination Co-lead product launch events with the PR Manager: briefing agencies, supporting tenders, creating event storytelling, organizing site visits, preparing press materials, managing invitations, and coordinating logistics (travel, accommodation, schedules). - Post-Event Reporting & KPI Tracking Produce post-event reports, track media KPIs, and manage all administrative follow-up to ensure continuous improvement of PR activities. Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 5 years of experience in PR, event coordination, media relations, or automotive/lifestyle industries (experience in press fleet management is a strong plus). 3. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. 4. Excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and comfort interacting with media professionals. 5. Fluent in French and English (both mandatory); Chinese is an advantage.
