Plant Training Support Operative

At Pearson TQ, we’re passionate about delivering learning that matters. As part of our Apprenticeships and Technical Training provision, we’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Plant Training Support Operative to help ensure our training operations run smoothly at RSME.

In this varied role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and issuing tools and consumables, keeping accurate records, ensuring health and safety standards are met, and supporting the wider team to deliver exceptional learner experiences.

What you’ll need:

• Cat B driving licence
• Manual Handling and Storekeeping training (or willingness to complete)
• JCB 4cx Sitemaster and Sweeper Attachment training (or willingness to complete)
• First Aid at Work qualification (or willingness to achieve)
• A proactive, organised approach and commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and service
