The family consists of one principal, two children—one of whom resides part-time—and an elderly relative. They are looking for a reliable, respectful, and well-organised individual who can maintain a calm and well-presented home. The current housekeeper, who has been with the family for over ten years, is retiring, leaving behind a well-structured household and clear domestic systems. The property is a large, well-appointed home spread over three floors, with modern facilities and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. This position is offered on a live-out basis and will suit an experienced professional who enjoys both housekeeping and cooking duties. The role is based on four working days per week, from 9:00am to 6:30pm, providing approximately 38 hours weekly. The daily routine involves general housekeeping, maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the property, laundry and wardrobe management, and preparing light, healthy meals for the family. The household also benefits from a cleaner attending twice weekly to assist with deep cleaning and heavier tasks.
