As a Phlebotomy Receptionist, you will be responsible for: Greeting patients Booking all patients in Giving advice and information for specimens and samples In addition, you will direct patients to appropriate areas of the hospital Providing general assistance to the phlebotomy team Providing a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone
